Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. I am a mother, a grandmother, and a retired middle school ELA teacher. I enjoy writing, but most of all, I enjoy teaching life lessons, uplifting the downtrodden, and watching individuals grow and become successful.

I like to do different types of writing, so you may see life lesson anecdotes, travel articles, poetry, or essays.

Maybe something you read will bring a smile to your face, or touch your heart. I hope so. Then you have made my day.

I also like to travel. And when I do, my camera is close by. I enjoy photographing landscapes, animals, and people doing interesting things.
